Canv Agent™ · last updated 25 October 2026
Canv Agent™ (the “app”) is a desktop application supplied by AutoMateMe, ABN 47 641 615 076 (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on computers you own or control, for your own work or your business’s work. We keep all rights in the app that these terms do not give you.
You may not: copy or resell the app; remove or work around its licence checks; or reverse engineer it, except to the extent the law allows you to despite this clause.
The app starts with a 21-day trial. You can extend the trial once, by 7 days, from inside the app. After that the app continues on a free plan with the limits shown in the app. A paid subscription removes those limits.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@automateme.au. Cancelling stops future charges, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires it, payments are not refundable.
When you subscribe you receive an account key. It is personal to you: do not share it. The app contacts our licence server from time to time to confirm the subscription is active. If a subscription ends the app returns to the free plan. It never deletes your data.
Canv Agent shows and coordinates AI coding agents that you install and sign in to yourself, such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or Antigravity, and Grok. These agents are made by other companies, and their own terms and prices apply. We do not run them, supply them or control what they do.
Agents you start can read and change files, run commands and use the network on your computer, within the permissions you give them. You are responsible for what they do, for the usage and costs on your provider accounts, and for checking their work before you rely on it, merge it or ship it. Keep your work in version control and keep backups.
You keep all rights in your repositories, files and the agents’ output. We do not claim any of it.
The app works on your computer, and your repositories, chats and project data stay there. What the app does send, and to whom, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may update the app, add or remove features, and change the free plan limits or prices for new billing periods. We will give notice of a price change before it applies to you.
If you send us feedback or an idea, you allow us to use it to improve the app, without payment or obligation to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, you have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that apply to the app.
Subject to that, and as far as the law allows: the app is supplied “as is”; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that an AI agent’s work will be correct; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, including loss caused by an AI agent’s actions; and our total liability to you for anything connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, we limit it to supplying the app again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your subscription if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after telling you why when we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 4, 8 and 10) continue after the licence ends.
We may change these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell subscribers by email if the change is significant. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
